Prices and terms of payment:

The prices listed on our website are VAT included; The unit selling price is shown next to each item and is expressed in Euro.
The currency in which the transaction is carried out is: Euro.
The shipping costs for Italian territory are EUR 6,90, while the shipping costs for Foreign countries are EUR 39,00. The payment of the purchase online is made by Paypal, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery or Bank transfer. The corresponding amount will be charged only when the goods are shipped.

Shipment:

The order is prepared within few hours of its submission and the shipment is made all around the world via courier who, collecting the goods, issues the consignment note containing the particulars of the consignment.

Right of withdrawal:

Following Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and Legislative Decree no. 190/2005, Guglielmo Spa recognizes to the buyer the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, on the right times and without any penalty clause.
This right may be exercised by the buyer following the law NO LATER THAN 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of goods, under penalty of decay. In case of dispute will have jurisdiction only the court of the seller.

Rules for exercising the right to withdrawl:

The notice of withdrawal must be sent within the period mentioned above, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or, again within the same time, by telegram or e-mail to: Guglielmo S.p.A.

As required by the above mentioned laws, after monitoring the proper implementation of the right to withdrawal, Guglielmo Spa will refund the customer within the law terms the amount paid for the purchase of goods, less the rventually shipping costs.
